Chronic Disease Management
Chronic Disease & GP Managed Care Plans
Our doctor’s can help develop an individualised care plan can help manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, arthritis and chronic pain. Some care plan patients are eligible for referral to allied health providers at a subsidised cost.
Lung Function Test (Spirometry)
Spirometry is a common test used to assess how well your lungs work by measuring how much air you inhale, how much you exhale and how quickly you exhale.

Occupational Medicine & Workcover Consultations
Our doctors that specialise in occupational medicine aim to treat, manage and prevent injuries, help with return to work planning, pre-employment medicals and WorkCover consultations. Our doctors are registered with InjuryNET.

Veterans Affairs
Co-Ordinated Veterans Care (Cvc)
Our CVC program helps plan and coordinate health care for eligible Gold Card holders with one or more chronic conditions, complex care needs and patients who are at risk of unplanned hospitalisation. We also see patients with a White Card – please ensure you bring in your letter from DVA notifying you of the specific conditions covered under your White Card.

Onsite Pathology
Gosnells Healthcare Centre provides an onsite pathology collection service with Western Diagnostic Pathology. Collections open Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm.
Please book to see your doctor to get your pathology request form. Drug screening unfortunately is not available at this site. Please call (08) 9317 0999 to find your nearest location.
Minor Procedures
Minor Onsite Procedures
Our doctors and nurses may assist with minor procedures which may include but are not limited to ‘freezing therapy’ for sunspots, warts and mole, treatment of abscesses, ear wax removal, ECG, Spirometry (lung test), and Oximetry (oxygen level).
Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Health
We aim to ensure that all aspects of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health is managed to achieve individual optimal health outcomes. We register our patients with the Close the Gap program and perform relevant and necessary care plans.
